Expectations

EXPECTATIONS:  MIDDLE SCHOOL FRENCH

 

(Madame Little)

 

 

Homework:      Be sure it is on time, complete, neat, following directions.

                     There should be evidence of thorough reading, comprehension, and thought.

                       

Vocabulary:      Learn and use, including patterns and families.

                      Recognize cognates.

                      Be able to divide words into syllables according to French rules.

                      Demonstrate awareness of synonyms and antonyms.

           

In Class:           Speak French as much as possible.

                       Take notes.

                       Listen attentively to whoever is speaking.

                       Ask questions for understanding.

                       Participate constructively and voluntarily.

                       Have all materials:  book, binder, paper, pens, pencils, homework diary...        

 

Binder:             Set up according to instructions.

                      Bring to class daily, unless told otherwise.

                      Maintain neatness and organization so notebook is useful.
