Lunch Program
Lunch Program
We will start this year's lunch program on August 30th . A la carte items will be available on August 26th and 27th as well as the remainder of the year. The lunch menu can be found on the website in either Excel or pdf format. Instructions for completing your order can be found below. Each lunch selection costs $4.00.
-Orders and checks must be received by the last Wed. of the month. Any orders received later than that will take into effect the following week.
-A la carte cards can be ordered in $25 increments. We plan to have items such as granola bars, oatmeal bars, sugar and fat free puddings, 100% juice, Lance crackers, fruit, veggie sticks etc. We will also have items such as frozen lunches and soups that can be microwaved.
Instructions for Completing Lunch Order
The lunch order can be completed in two ways, though we prefer the electronic version to avoid re-typing your child's selections:
- Completing form Electronically (preferred method)
1) Save the Excel file to your computer. Click here for file.
2) Fill in your child's last name, first name, grade and teacher at the top.
3) Make your selections by placing a "x" in the shaded area beside your choice. It is important to only put a small letter "x " in the box so it recognizes your choice. If this is not done, then the order may not go through.
4) Verify your total shown in the bottom right hand corner.
5) There are 7 lunch forms included in the spreadsheet (see tabs at very bottom of Excel screen). Please complete a separate form for each child (by clicking on the bottom tabs). You only need to submit one spreadsheet which will contain a page for each child.
6) Save the file with your child's last name followed by the abbreviated month. (Example: smithsept.xls). You can e-mail this form to lunchprogram@woodscharter.org.
7) Checks should be made payable to "Woods PTSA" and "Lunch order" written in the memo line. The checks can be sent in an envelope to the office or your child's homeroom teacher in an envelope marked "Woods PTSA - Lunch order".
- Printing out file and returning it (for those who are unable to complete the electronic form)
- Print out file and check selections. Click here to download file.
- Fill in child's first and last name, grade and teacher at the top.
- Total up amount you owe.
- Write a check made payable to "Woods PTSA" and "Lunch order" written in the memo line. Put the check and separate sheet for each child in an envelope marked "Woods PTSA - Lunch order" and return in to the office or your child's homeroom teacher.
