Volunteer Opportunities

 At Woods we aspire to offer an educational experience which is comparable in many ways to a private school education. Yet, we receive less funding than the local public schools, and, of course, we do not charge tuition. How do we accomplish this financially? We depend on our parent volunteers to perform many school services that others might have to hire additional personnel to accomplish. Volunteerism not only helps us financially but, more importantly, it contributes to our family atmosphere. We get to know each other when we work together, side by side, on behalf of our young people. Our expectation is that each parent will devote two hours per month (20 hours per year), and I am happy to report that many parents give us far more time than this. We ask that you fill out this form to enable our staff and volunteers to match up jobs and people.
